General Trip Information
Tour Pricing:
The price of the 2009 English Premiership Tour will be announced soon, once the Tour dates and games have been determined. This price of the tour includes match tickets, roundtrip rail and/or coach transportation between the hotel and all matches, lodging in Central London hotel, full English breakfast each morning, and a welcome dinner. There is a single room surcharge for those desiring a single room.
General Policy:
Reservations are not transferable at any time. The right is reserved to make additions or deletions in the program deemed advisable for the well-being of the group or changes in circumstances. The right is further reserved to refuse or accept any person as a member of the group. It is hereby understood and agreed upon by Varisport and its customers that Varisport, its employees or agents, are not agents of the suppliers of travel services and accommodations, and are not liable for any claims, suits, actions, delays, inconveniences, strikes, wars, injuries, or any other expenses of any kind or nature. If matches are cancelled due to weather or change dates due to television or other league play, no rain checks or refunds will be issued.
Registration:
Contact Varisport to register for the trip. Complete the attached application form and include with your tour deposit. Late registration is permitted on a space available basis.
Deposit and Final Payment:
A deposit of $250.00 is due upon booking. Confirmation of deposit will be sent via email. Final payment must be made by 45 days before the tour date. Payment may be made by VISA/MasterCard/American Express, money order, or check. Bookings made within 45 days of the tour must include payment in full.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be addressed in writing to Varisport, Inc., P.O. Box 5288, Evanston, IL 60204-5288, or by email to info@varisport.com. Cancellation charges are as follows:

If you cancel 45 days or more before the tour's departure: $100.00 plus any non-refundable costs (match tickets, theatre tickets, in some cases hotel rooms, etc.)

If you cancel from 44 to 16 days before the tour's departure: $250.00 plus any non-refundable costs

If you cancel from 15 days until the tour's departure: 50% of the tour price plus any non-refundable costs
***Please note that your cancellation date will be determined by the date of the postmark of your cancellation letter or the date of your cancellation email.
